Scott Creasia bought 17,424 square feet of land and a
1,918-square-foot building at
545 W. Plata St.
for $160,000 from Terry and Denise Worthy. Pat Welchert and Chris Keeley
of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Commercial represented the buyer, and
Glenn Bancroft of Bancroft & Associates represented the seller.
Centres Inc. bought 64,000 square feet of land at the northeast
corner of
East Speedway
and North Camino Seco for $1.19 million to build an Eckerd drugstore. Pete
Villaescusa of CB Richard Ellis-Tucson represented the seller, Speedway
Partners. (Store building now under construction)
Joan O'Dwyer, of Wilde Playhouse, bought a 2,300-square-foot
building at
135 E. Congress St.
for $195,000. Andy Seleznov of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services and
Steven Luckett of Centra Realty negotiated the sale
